Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
You are not required to accept Section 8 vouchers, though with proper tenant screening we recommend considering it as a viable option -
Are you licensed?
Yes, Penta Homes is a brokerage. Joseph is a licensed realtor. -
Can I reach you after hours?
If there is a maintenance emergency, we have a 24 hour/7 day a week on-call number. Everything else will be handled during normal business hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, there is a direct deposit form you can fill out. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you are able to view the lease. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are also a brokerage and can help you buy and sell properties. -
How and when do I get my checks?
After the resident pays rent and we deduct our management fee and any maintenance costs, we will send you a check or direct deposit into your account. -
How is rent collection handled?
The residents pay rent through a resident portal using Rentvine. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
ASAP! We will set up a meeting to assess your property and your rental terms, take pictures, and start marketing promptly after that. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, multi-units, short term, and vacation properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will get monthly reports. All reports can be found, viewed, and downloaded in the owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Penta Homes will keep it in a trust account.
