Can you hold a place before I apply?

Yes, you can request a hold as we process your application. The Unit Hold Fee of $150 gives you the first chance to rent out a highly sought after home. We’ll hold your place in line while we work with you to approve your application.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

You will pay your first month’s rent and the security deposit, as well as a one-time $100 administrative fee due on or before the time of move in.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Applicants must be 18 years old.
Is the deposit refundable?

You will receive your deposit back minus any funds that went to repairs and damages.
Who needs a cosigner?

The need for a cosigner will be determined based off your credit score and current income.
