Can you hold a place before I apply?
Yes, you can request a hold as we process your application. The Unit Hold Fee of $150 gives you the first chance to rent out a highly sought after home. We’ll hold your place in line while we work with you to approve your application. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You will pay your first month’s rent and the security deposit, as well as a one-time $100 administrative fee due on or before the time of move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be 18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
You will receive your deposit back minus any funds that went to repairs and damages. -
Who needs a cosigner?
The need for a cosigner will be determined based off your credit score and current income. -
